The Glory of Human Life
There is no greater heaven than the present moment. Each of us who are alive at this very moment are indeed blessed with riches beyond imagination, which is the chance to experience life. It almost seems like the sky, earth, water, fire and air were created a long time ago in anticipation of the advent of mankind. Of all creatures, only humans have the capability to consciously acknowledge, experience and derive enjoyment from Mother Nature.
To call ourselves human, the first requirement is to be always contented and happy and the second is maintaining at all times, the thought of giving back for all that we have received. Anything short of these two, we cannot call ourselves as human beings. Nature is helpful to us in so many ways. At any given time, is there even one way in which we are helpful to nature? All the time, the thought is about exploiting and getting more from nature. By doing so, we are poisoning the land we live on, the water we drink and the air we breathe. Clean air has a magical effect on the body and can cure many diseases. Each one should plant at least 3 trees every year.
Earth has magnetic properties. Children, without their knowledge take advantage of this healing magnetic energy whenever they play on the ground, roll on the ground. Adults can also take advantage of this by sitting on the floor while eating. Peace and harmony can be maintained in the family if husband and wife both roll on the ground prior to going to bed. This may seem silly, but this simple exercise has a great effect on the mind. This was known to our ancients, but this knowledge is lost to the current generation.
Another way of ensuring the smooth flow and distribution of pranic energy is to use tree branches as props and do somersaults. The bending and movement of the spine will help lubricate it and since the spine is the storehouse of all our pranic energy, it will help keep us youthful and healthy.
The glory of human life is taken for granted. We cannot understand the language of animals, but they seem to say, “Oh humans, how I wish I had your body and mind. You are so foolish in wasting this chance”.
Blessings to all
