The Annapurneshwari temple and foundation is borne out of the love and compassion of Swami Ponnurangam, whose name means Shining Gold. This powerful love helps him find Dr. Niranjan Seshadri, MD (Niranjan meaning Purity for All People) and Dr. Naveen Acharya (meaning New Teacher), who have both contributed to this website to help spread Swamiji’s knowledge.
Annapurneshwari means Food for All People in keeping with Swamiji’s mission that All People should enjoy life through work without suffering.
Swamiji delivers his message in many forms but also song and poetry just as Rabindranath Tagore did with his poems. RT Nagar is named after this great poet.
