Helping you sleep
Here are a few Ayurvedic remedies for insomnia (inability to sleep):
1. Eat one or two jackfruit seeds that have been roasted until they are soft (enough to be pierced by a fork)
2. Drink a spoon of Aloe Vera
3. Eat some Naval palam (Jamun fruit or Java plum - Indian Blueberry in English)
4. Eat navalkol (noolkol or turnips) at bedtime
These help bring on peaceful sleep.
